That Cheetah Coat ~ Faux Fur Fashion Trend

I have been dying to get my hands on one of those adorable leopard/cheetah print coats I’ve seen all over social media, but couldn’t find one I liked for so long! I finally found one at Bloomingdale’s and special ordered so I could get my size. I put together an outfit for you to see one of my favorite ways of styling these beauties.

The thing I liked most about this coat in particular was the size of the spots. They stand out and are less busy plus the faux fur was of a darker color. It was all-around a win for me so I went ahead and placed the order! I recommend ordering one size up so it fits right as the sleeves seemed to run just a tad small. You can find it HERE if you want more info or have been looking for one yourself. It’s on sale for only $124 (normally $180) which is such a steal for the quality of this gorgeous piece.

Because the coat is pretty busy on it’s on, I wanted to pair it with more simple layers. The black tee from H&M (HERE) was an easy fix and fits just right with the skirt which I found through ROMWE. The skirt (HERE) is seriously only $10 which is so crazy cheap and surprisingly doesn’t take long at all to get to you! You lace it up yourself when it arrives and can tie at the top or bottom. It is pretty short so you have to order a size up if you want it to fit on the longer side. I’d order a size up regardless as their products tend to run small. I got a medium and I usually would be a 2 in bottoms.

If you follow me on Instagram then you already know that I love Yosi Samra’s line of shoes. Previously, I have styled the Penelope Steeple Grey Booties, Stella Tie Ballet Flat, and the Laurel Mink Snake Velvet Sneaker. I have been seeing Mules around but never had a pair and really wanted to try styling some. Yosi Samra was generous to send these my way and I knew they’d be of high quality. They are surprisingly comfortable (I usually don’t love open back heels) and look super cute on! They don’t make your feet look wide at all and actually flatter the shape very nicely. The color tones went too perfect with this jacket so I had to style them together! If you’re looking for the best mules, they’ve got them. The Calf Hair Mule is available through Nordstrom HERE.

If you like animal prints then this outfit is definitely for you! It would also look super cute with faux leather leggings, black jeans, or true denim skinnies. I’d love to see how you’d style this outfit too. Share using #BiancaBlogs so I can see!
