Fluted Sleeves & Florals For Spring 🌸

Spring in New England can be cold or warm. It all depends on the day! I love having a lightweight trench that matches everything and feels comfortable in the temperamental spring weather. I prefer a lighter beige than the more yellow tones and am obsessed with the plaid lining. The coat I’m wearing is $45 from Amazon and holds up extremely well. Because it’s in Asian sizing, I recommend sizing up. For reference, I’m normally a Size Small (Medium in coats) and ordered the Size Large in this trench. The black buttons help it to stand out and it’s very flattering on! You can get free shipping from Amazon on this coat HERE.

Florals come in so many color and pattern varieties which is what makes each piece so unique. My favorite part about this top is the fluted sleeves. I don’t have many dresses or tops with fluted sleeves and think they are so cute for wearing with fun prints! The white base brightens this top up and makes it even more perfect for the season. I don’t love this top untucked, however, so I highly recommend tucking it into a cute skirt or jeans. It’s only $11 and also comes in black HERE. This navy skirt is from Marshalls and has a very flattering shape! I couldn’t find the same one to link online so I’ve included a similar one in the ‘Shop The Post’ tab below.

If you’ve followed my Instagram, you already know that I LOVE suede pumps. The ones I’m wearing are by Vince Camuto and are not available any more (I got them at Nordstrom Rack last year). These Michael Kors pumps are in Mulberry and are nearly identical. Plus, they’re even more affordable at only $60! I also love the Steve Madden suede heels in this style from DSW. When I’m pairing shoes with a busier top like this I’ll pick up one of the more subtle colors in the floral print which is why I went with burgundy here!
