Daniel Wellington ‘Classic Petite’ Launch Party

This past week I had the opportunity to attend Daniel Wellington’s ‘Classic Petite’ launch party at their pop-up location on Newbury Street in Boston. In attendance was a group of bloggers from the Boston area. The event was put on to celebrate DW’s newest watch

The DW Classic Petite

The Details: The strap is mesh which is very comfortable on the wrist. The straps are interchangeable between the rose gold and silver bands. The band is made out of stainless steel and is important to keep away from excess water. The movement is powered by Japanese Quartz.

The watch comes in four different styles including the Classic Petite 32mm Melrose in Rose Gold with a black or white face and the 32mm Sterling with a black or white face. The watch is easily adjustable. All you need is a pair of tweezers or the end of a fork and you can adjust it yourself (no, I am not joking). This makes the watch a perfect fit for just about everyone! I like to wear it just a little loose, but not so loose that it rolls around my wrist like a bangle.

Check out this fun shop at 211 Newbury Street:

The location is so cute and the perfect size for mingling. They had an amazing food arrangement (shoutout to whoever chose the caterer) and an extra sweet & bubbly drink menu // cheers to that! I always love the view of Newbury street from the shop windows. You really can’t help but love the classic design they maintain still today. The natural lighting pouring in from the window made it feel like spring, despite the inches of snow on the ground…

I have been obsessing over leopard print for a while now so I couldn’t help but debut this skirt from Nordstrom Rack at the launch party! It is a tea-length skirt and has a layer underneath which makes it warm enough to wear in the chilly temps. I stuck with neutral colors to match my new Melrose watch which I absolutely adore! I couldn’t adjust it at the show, but you know I wore it to work the next day. If you are not familiar with the Daniel Wellington collection you will definitely have to check them out. I have the Dapper and now the Melrose Classic Petite.

What do you think of the new collection? It is the perfect watch to wear day-to-day and affordable at just $200 after tax. Shop the products in the Like To Know It bar below and share with me the pieces making up your collection @BiancaBlogs on Twitter and Instagram

#DANIELWELLINGTON to have your ‘Classic Petite’ for a chance to have your photos shared on the DW Instagram!
